- Skoda Enyaq vRS updated for 2024
- 41hp more than the current car
- 16 miles more range
- Improved charging times
- Updated infotainment software
- On sale from the end of October
Skoda has made some upgrades to the Enyaq vRS electric car for 2024. There aren’t any visual changes, however this range-topping SUV gets more power than before and improved range.
The Volkswagen ID5 alternative also gets added standard equipment and an updated infotainment system. This revised Enyaq vRS will be available to order from the end of October.
New Skoda Enyaq vRS motors and performance
The main reason you’ll be buying the Skoda Enyaq vRS over the standard car is for the added power, and it now gets even more oomph.
The current Enyaq vRS makes 299hp, not that much more than the 265hp 80X model. Well Skoda has fixed this by giving the new car 340hp. That’s the same output as the forthcoming Cupra Tavascan.
The updated vRS will do 0-60mph in 5.5 seconds, a full second quicker than the current car, and 0.8 of a second quicker than the Volkswagen ID5 GTX.
New Skoda Enyaq vRS range and charging
All that added power hasn’t been to the detriment of range either, the opposite in fact. The updated Enyaq vRS will actually go further on a charge than before, even though it uses the same 77kWh battery.
The vRS SUV now has 336 miles of range, an increase of 15 miles over the current car. Go for the swoopy coupe version and you’ll be able to go 340 miles before plugging in, a 16 mile improvement.

Not only can you go further on a charge, you can top the battery up faster as well. The new Enyaq vRS has 175kW DC fast charging, up from 135kW in the current car. The upshot of this is a 10-80% charge time of 28 minutes, eight minutes faster than before.
New Skoda Enyaq vRS equipment and infotainment
The new Skoda Enyaq vRS is now offered with more standard equipment than before. Adding to the standard list of toys, you now get walk-away locking, rear side airbags, rear window blinds and USB-C charging points as standard.
You still get a 13.0-inch touchscreen as standard, however the software has been improved to make it easier to use. You now get revised graphics and a more intuitive menu layout which is less of a faff on the move.
When can I buy the new Skoda Enyaq vRS?
You’ll be able to order the revised Skoda Enyaq vRS from the end of October, with deliveries expected by the end of the year. There’s no word on pricing just yet, however you can expect it to fetch a small premium over the current car’s £52,670 starting figure.
